We received reports saying that our related websites are unavailable from 13:00 PM September 4, including Box, Portal, pCLSS and Blog. We apologize for any inconvenience.
After receiving reports, we immediately started checking and maintaining. Meanwhile we connected our infrastructure provider in order to get some related aids. The ultimate conclusion is our service provider planned to update their DDoS firewalls without suspending the HTTP connection, however the configuration was set incorrectly, which caused the happening of this accident.
Therefore, we requested them to rapidly roll back the previous snapshot and the issue has been fixed. All of your data is secured. All of our services except websites (except Status page) are not affected.
