The popowayCloud Team has scheduled datacenter server migration and security certificate update for popowayCloud Japan services.
Due to the expiration of the contract with our infrastructure provider, AWS, we are gradually moving the system in Japan into Vultr facilities. All primary services, except for CDN, will be consolidated. It will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete the entire migration.
The migration process is expected to be non-stop without breaking normal user traffic. However, some customers may experience temporary latency of transmission. Possible disconnection and data discrepancy may occur for popowayCloud Bare Metal Instance Virtual Machine, Multicraft, and Tunnel Network [JP] users between the date/times listed below:
Start Date: December 27th
Start Time: 1:00 PM UTC
End Date: January 3rd
End Time: 4:30 AM UTC
Once again, the majority of end users is expected to access popowayCloud services without interruption. Datacenter in other locations will not be affected. Other products and services will not be affected.
